Does the Silverado 1500 kit fit my 2500HD?

No. HD trucks use a different windshield and a separate kit. See our Silverado HD page.

Does it fit the Silverado EV?

The kit is listed for the gas and diesel 1500. For the Silverado EV, send a custom request.

How much is windshield protection film for a Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

$599 installed with the pre-cut ExoShield ULTRA kit. You pay a $200 deposit to book and the $399 balance after install. Your deposit is fully refundable if the kit turns out not to fit your vehicle.

How soon can you install it?

We install at your home or work within 3–5 business days of your deposit. That includes the 2–3 business days we need to prepare and pre-shrink your kit.

Will it stop every rock chip?

No film can promise that. ExoShield ULTRA takes everyday hits from small rocks and road debris, but a large or sharp impact can still damage the glass.

What does the warranty cover?

The 3-year limited product warranty from ExoShield covers manufacturing defects in the film, such as cracking, delamination, hazing or yellowing. It doesn't cover glass chips or cracks, or normal wear. We file claims for you.

Why protect your Chevrolet Silverado 1500 windshield?

Work trucks see job-site gravel, construction zones and freeway miles behind other trucks. The Silverado 1500's large windshield takes a lot of that. A pre-cut ExoShield ULTRA layer gives it a clear, replaceable shield against chips.

Job sites and dirt roads

Gravel lots and dirt access roads throw stones at windshield height. The film takes those hits first.

Freeway behind haulers

I-15 and SR-52 traffic means following gravel and landscaping trucks. That's when a lot of chips start.

Less downtime

A chipped windshield can turn into a crack and keep the truck off the road. Protection helps keep it working.
